LLM LEGAL PRACTICE, SQE, UNIVERSITY OF LAW

Starting my LLM in legal practice (and SQE) in September 2024, I am driven by a passion for justice and a commitment to advocating for British Muslims. My journey in law began through my tenure in the prison and education system, where I witnessed first-hand the systemic injustices faced by Muslims and the challenges of workplace discrimination. This experience fuelled my determination to pursue a legal career and address these issues.

Recognising the need for legal representation for Muslims, this course will enhance my legal expertise, enabling me to support those facing discrimination. With a deep interest in employment and criminal law, I aim to bridge the gap between legal rights and cultural understanding.

The Aziz Foundation scholarship is instrumental in helping me achieve my goal of impacting the legal landscape for British Muslims and contributing to wider society.
