Having worked as a Climate Change and Sustainability Consultant for the past two years, I recognise the pivotal role that Muslims can play in addressing environmental challenges. I’ve also witnessed the significant impact of renewable energy commitments toward achieving net zero.

Pursuing this MSc will deepen my understanding of renewable energy and policy frameworks, amplifying my influence to develop more sustainable practices within Muslim communities.

My involvement in British Muslim communities, where I promote sustainability awareness, has instilled in me a profound sense of responsibility. I firmly believe that Muslims have a duty to safeguard the environment. My goal is to integrate sustainable energy practices with Islamic principles, empowering our community to take a leading role in global sustainability efforts.
