My interest in exploring Social Policy and Social Research derives from the inequalities we now deem as ‘normal’ in our society.

The systemic failure of policies to protect, empower and encourage all socio-economic groups has inspired me to take an interest in attempting to comprehend the underlying structural factors enabling inequalities to subsist

. I am a firm believer that we are all indebted to our society and more so to the poor and oppressed, so I hope that I can contribute in reforming the socio-political structures that fail so many.
