MSC SPORT AND EXERCISE PSYCHOLOGY, BRUNEL UNIVERSITY LONDON
I am a dedicated and passionate athlete with a love for all sports, particularly hockey. I am a proud member of Luton Town Hockey Club, where I contribute as a player, umpire, and former coach of the youth teams.
In addition to my athletic pursuits, I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. My goal is to leverage my knowledge and expertise to help athletes enhance their performance by optimising their social, emotional, and psychological skills. Ultimately, I aim to establish my own private practice, where I can support individuals in achieving their athletic goals.
I view this Masters programme as a pathway to becoming an accredited psychologist, enabling me to practice in the field of sports psychology. I anticipate that the programme will deepen my understanding of performance—both personal and professional—applicable across various workplaces and with diverse individuals.
I am driven by a strong work ethic and a commitment to personal growth. I am eager to explore the opportunities that await in the dynamic intersection of sport and psychology.
