I am pursuing the Bar Practice Course LLM at the University of Law Moorgate. During my undergraduate law degree, I actively participated in my university’s law clinic as a Student Advisor for family law cases.
As an Aziz Foundation Scholar, I am committed to improving the experiences of Muslim and racialised applicants in court. I plan to continue engaging in pro-bono work during the BPC, ensuring Muslim applicants feel confident in receiving fair and compassionate representation.
As a future barrister, I aim to promote discussions within chambers, pushing fellow advocates to work towards an Islamophobia-free legal workspace and courtroom environment.
