The Aziz Foundation has awarded 49 scholarships in 2024/25 to outstanding British Muslims commencing their postgraduate taught degrees in the upcoming academic year.

Scholarships have been awarded across seven different subject areas, with 50 university partners eligible to host Aziz Scholars. Since 2016, the Foundation has now awarded over 600 scholarships, investing more than £8m in British Muslim communities.

The programme aims to remove financial barriers to academic and professional progression, strengthening the pipeline between education and work, unlocking the potential of British Muslims from underprivileged communities.

Aziz Foundation staff and trustees were impressed by the high standard of applications and interviewees, and would like to thank everyone who engaged with the programme this year. In addition, the Foundation extends its appreciation to its university partners for  all their support.

The Foundation will be announcing details of its next Masters Scholarships application cycle this coming Autumn.
