The Royal  College of Art is committed to widening participation at the postgraduate level, having an Access and Participation Plan (APP) in place covering all provision despite no regulatory obligation to do so.

Furthermore, the RCA is determined to increase the number of domestic Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic postgraduate students for art and design  courses.

The College has created the Sir Frank Bowling Scholarship Fund, supporting students of a Black African and Carribean diaspora heritage.

The College also runs diversity at work and unconscious bias training modules for all staff.
