Deciding to pursue a Master’s in Human Resource Management is a route to achieve my career goals, and a commitment I have to increase representation of British Muslims within the corporate space.

While studying, I aim to actively increase my knowledge in areas such as diversity and inclusion, recruitment, training and development, as well as learning about best practice approaches to a wide variety of Human Resource concerns.

I am particularly looking forward to focusing my dissertation research on the issue of diversity within the workplace. This will help me gain insight into ways to improve the progression of British Muslim talent into leadership positions across different sectors.
