Zahra Onsari

I am currently pursuing a Masters in Magazine Journalism at City University, London. I am a creative and passionate young writer with a particular interest in amplifying people's stories within the Muslim diaspora and beyond. Having worked as a writer and editor for a few years, I have already begun making my mark in the British Muslim community, and have worked closely with community leaders, authors, and creatives.

As an Aziz Scholar, I am committed to facilitating positive representation in the face of adversity, and I hope that this qualification will not only equip me with the skills to form my own digital publication, but will also inspire and support other fellow Muslim creatives looking to enter the industry.
