LLM LEGAL PRACTICE COURSE, UNIVERSITY OF LAW

Having always had a passion for justice and wanting to use my Arabic language knowledge to make an impact, I undertook a Law degree at SOAS University of London and studied modules including Islamic Law.

I also studied advanced Arabic, and gained experience with the Middle East market in my professional role as a graduate. With the goal to further represent Muslim women in the media, I will be studying for my NCTJ to become a journalist.

I hope to write for women’s magazines and amplify the voices of the marginalised, including Muslim women. The Aziz Foundation has helped me take a step closer to my dreams.
